Licensing
I am a licensed Mortgage Agent [Level 1] in Ontario, licence M26001765, working with Breezeful Inc, under their Ontario brokerage licence #13470. Mortgage agents and brokerages in Ontario are licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). You can confirm a licence on FSRA’s public licence search at fsrao.ca.
Any mortgage services I provide are offered through Breezeful Inc.
How I am paid
When I arrange a mortgage, I am usually paid by the lender through Breezeful. In some cases a fee may be paid by the borrower, and I may receive or pay referral fees. Before you commit to any mortgage, you will receive the disclosures required by Ontario law, which includes how I am being compensated and will disclose any conflicts of interest.
Payment from a lender does not change my duty to recommend a mortgage that suits your needs.
